Ayman Ismail is the Founder and Chairman of DMI, a prominent Investment Company in Egypt. With over 30 years of leadership experience, he held executive roles at Pepsi, including President, North Africa, and Chairman & CEO, Egypt. Ayman played a key role in establishing joint ventures and business strategies, leading to significant recognition. His career highlights include leadership at P&G, where he launched a groundbreaking oral care product and spearheaded the Gillette merger globally. Ayman is known for fostering high-performance cultures, driving initiatives for business optimization, and mentoring entrepreneurs through “Endeavor.” A Harvard University graduate, he has contributed to Vision 2030 strategy, CSR programs, and serves on various boards, including Awj Holding and Oriental Weavers.

David Edelman brings over 30 years of marketing and consultancy experience to his role. He served as Chief Marketing Officer at Aetna/CVS and established consultancy businesses in Digital and Marketing Transformation with McKinsey, Digitas, and the Boston Consulting Group. Currently, David is a Senior Lecturer of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, advising executives in startup, Private Equity, and large enterprises. He recently joined InVitro Capital’s Advisory Board, adding to his portfolio of board roles. David excels in driving large-scale change, co-leading McKinsey’s Global Digital Marketing and Sales Practice for eight years, and also now as a Senior Advisor with The Boston Consulting Group. He’s a sought-after speaker and thought leader, with expertise spanning digital marketing, branding, and technology investment.

Jason Gupta brings over 20 years of healthcare investing experience on both the Public and Private side to InVitro Capital. With a focus on both key healthcare macro trends and bottoms up company analysis, Jason has a keen sense of potential opportunities and ideal operational and financial strategy in the Healthcare Sector. He has a deep and unique network of healthcare industry contacts consisting of Fortune 500 company management, healthcare sales and business development professionals, medical professionals, and regulatory and reimbursement experts. Currently Jason is managing his family office, investing in both the public and private sectors. Prior to this he was a Healthcare Portfolio Manager at a hedge fund and a Senior Healthcare Analyst/Portfolio Manager at TCW, a $200 Billion investment firm in Los Angeles. Jason holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BBA from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with Highest Distinction.

Katharin (Kathy) brings extensive global leadership experience in financIal services, professional services, AI and digital transformation. With a focus on driving growth and innovation, Kathy has successfully scaled high-growth firms and revitalized established organizations throughout her career. Recently, Kathy accepted a new challenge as an Advisory Board Member at InVitro Capital, adding to her portfolio of board roles. She currently serves on the boards of Liquidity Services, Inc. and the Principal Funds Board of the Principal Financial Group, in addition to advising three early-stage ventures. Prior to her board roles, Kathy held senior executive positions, including Global Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager at American Express Merchant Services, where she led transformative initiatives. She also served as Global EVP and Client P&L Leader at Digitas, managing Fortune 100 clients across industries. Recognized for her leadership, Kathy was named a 2022 Director to Watch by Directors and Boards publication. She is a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) and an NACD Fellow, actively contributing to the advancement of women in leadership. Kathy is committed to mentoring professionals at all career stages and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from the University of Kentucky, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

Rob Post is a passionate technologist who thrives on building category-defining, disruptive consumer products. Joining as an engineering leader before companies even have a name, Rob has been instrumental in scaling three unicorn startups in the media and influencer verticals, including Hulu, Cameo, and Quibi. He has deep expertise in video workflows, personalization, ad monetization, and subscription services. Earlier in his career, Rob worked on distributed file systems and replication at Microsoft, contributing to foundational technologies on the Windows Server team. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is an inventor with several patents related to video delivery and file replication. Rob lives in Southern California with his wife and two children who all enjoy outdoor sports.

Dylan Penebre is a seasoned and accomplished results-driven executive with a proven track record in revenue generation, strategic leadership and overseeing product development. As the Chief Executive Officer of PointOS, he was responsible for driving the company’s growth, profitability and overseeing all aspects of revenue generation, including sales, marketing, and customer success. With over 15 years of experience in the Fintech sector, Dylan has consistently delivered exceptional results within the sector establishing his reputation early with Merchant Warehouse Inc. on its way to becoming Cayan LLC., a market leader and one of the top digital integrated payment companies in the industry. He brought a unique blend of strategic vision and expertise around building relationships that resulted in over 100 business partnerships and 120 million in annual reoccurring revenue (ARR). Coupled with strong data-driven decision- making and first-hand experience in the industry, Dylan was instrumental in expanding Cayan LLC. to a 40K+ customer company. Dylan leveraged his early insights into this emerging field of futuristic integrated payments and started a new company, PointOS. This company pioneered the merging of traditional electronic payment technology and modernized software applications as a service (SAAS) coupled with insightful modernized revenue models. PointOS grew to 25+ employees and expanded users to 4000+ domestically including clients based in over 30 countries. Dylan is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity for consistently achieving and surpassing ambitious targets, while ensuring delivery of world-class services to enhance customer satisfaction. He has a track record of building strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious goals. Arlen Meyers, MD, MBA is the cofounding President and CEO of the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs at www.sopenet.org and emeritus professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
