Mario is an Investment Associate at InVitro Capital leveraging his legal and consulting backgrounds to support fundraising efforts and the development of startups.
Prior to joining InVitro, Mario gained expertise as an M&A tax associate, where he honed his skills in crafting tax-efficient transactions and performing due diligence for deals in the sports, biotechnology, and retail sectors.
He earned his J.D. and Tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, distinguishing himself as a member of the International Law Review and the Honors Tax Policy Colloquium.
Mario also holds a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, with a concentration in Finance, Strategy Management, and Entrepreneurship
